A. Parkview Senior Living was designed in response to seniors who want to maintain their independence without the burdens associated with home ownership.
Parkview provides many services including two meals a day, housekeeping, transportation to appointments, a variety of social, recreational and cultural activities.
Freedom at Parkview is about having more time for self and for others. Assisted living is for seniors who need daily medical supervision and on-site nursing care.

Q. What happens if I need help?
A. Parkview uses the Lifeline Medical Alert system and is designed with emergency pull cord stations in each apartment if help is needed. Managers are on duty 24-hours a day.

Q. Can I keep my car?
A. Yes, residents are welcome to keep their car in our lighted, secure parking area.

Q. Does Parkview provide transportation?
A. Yes, Parkview owns a van and a bus used for transportation to shopping, doctor appointments and social activities.

Q. Can I bring my own furnishings to my apartment?
A. Yes, this is your home and you should have all the comforts and furnishings to which you are accustomed.

Q. Can I bring my pet to Parkview?
A. Yes, the pet must be less than 25 pounds and not be a nuisance to others.

Q. Does Parkview allow smoking?
A. Parkview is a non-smoking community.

Q. Is there anywhere to enjoy nature and take walks?
A. Yes. Parkview Maryville has a walking trail and is convenient to numerous area parks and the Great Smoky Mountains

Q. What about guests?
A. Guests are welcome and encouraged.

Q. What if I need more care than you provide?
A. Parkview’s goal is to help you live independently as long as possible. In the event that you are no longer able to do that, we will help you and your family in locating the right level of care for you.

Q. What is the process for reserving an apartment?
A. A $750 deposit will reserve the apartment of your choice. That deposit will hold the apartment for 15 days after it is ready for move in.

Q. Do I sign a lease?
A. Yes, you sign a 12-month lease that can be canceled with a 30-day notice.
